Born in 2014, and standing a solid 14.1HH she is the perfect size and age for anyone to enjoy! Marilyn is wider than a MACK truck, with a thick booty, great hip, and beautiful feminine appeal. She is incredibly sound, sane, and has a solid resume.

Originally started as a Reiner, she has the perfect foundation to do it all!  Upon her 11 + months of reining training, she was seasoned and shown a few times.  Marilyn has had 2 owners her entire life, and after her brief show career she was extensively rode out onto the trails. Logging countless miles ridden, traveling all over the Country, and frequenting the trails in Arkansas, Texas, Wyoming, and South Dakota she has made a solid mount for any terrain.  You can go out alone in confidence, or go in a group rain or shine. She sets a great pace and will ride all day long. She travels and hauls excellent, loads herself onto any trailer, and enjoys going to new places. She will give her heart every single ride, and doesn’t have a single mean bone in her body. She will carry the flag, tarp, has been exposed to all sorts of wildlife, traffic, ATVS, gunfire, etc.  Marilyn easily cruises over the bridge, navigates through gullies, crosses moving water, walks over fallen branches, etc. You point her where to go and she’ll find a way over it!

Marilyn is fun, easy, and incredibly talented. Show her one weekend, and go on a camping trip the next- this one is good minded to do both! Marilyn would make a brilliant Ranch Rider, SHOT versatility, Ranch Pleasure/Trail, Western Dressage, or Green/Rookie Reiner.  This mare could even do the drill events with her 1 hand neck rein and quietness! Marilyn has an incredible feel, she is such a joy to swing a leg over and ride! She bridles up softly, has a great turn around, stops on a dime, side passes, shoulder in, haunches out- she does it all. You can ride her in a bosal, snaffle, or correction.  I have personally ridden her bareback, bridleless, and have gone over her with a fine tooth comb  – she is honest as a day is long. Words can’t express how lovely this mare is.

Marilyn has had her teeth floated by my certified equine dentist 09/28/2020. She just had a new set of shoes put on, coggins current, and is UTD with all her other care. She has NO maintenance, no injections, no special supplements. CLEAN legged, not a single bump or scar to her. NO buck, rear, bolt, kick, crib, weave etc. This mare is simple and uncomplicated to own. Incredibly kind to handle, easy to catch, lives inside or out, is NOT mare-y, and is an easy keeper!  ZERO vices, NO bad habits.
