We all know how stressful it is going on the journey finding that next perfect horse. It's a daunting and expensive venture. The numerous failed vetting's, countless mispresented horses, and lets not forget to mention the inappropriate/dangerous settings to try said horses.  We eliminate all of those worries - with professionally curated videos / photos demonstrating tacking up, riding in the field, arena, and off property. No more weeding through poorly lit, shakey, blurry, 15 second cell phone videos and horribly placed conformation photos.  At LBES we take our marketing seriously and provide every detail conveniently on our website - including hours of footage, conformation photos, vet statements, radiographs, dental records, vaccine/coggins + more. You will read a detailed ad write up tailored to each individual  horses specific strengths and weaknesses.

 

We respect and value your TIME - and expect the same courtesy.  We dedicate time in our day to show said horse being caught, tacked, and we will demonstrate how we have ridden it in our program prior to you swinging a leg over.  This is a one on one tailored experienced where we will discuss riding ability and your goals with said horse. We book appointment times around the weather/season.  In the Summer we book appointments in the morning, to beat the heat. Winter, there is a bit more flexibility. Due to our limited schedule and our sale horses increased desirability we only show horses with a paid booking fee. This is to weed out the tire kickers - as our time is invaluable. 

 

Booking fees are always applied towards the purchase price of said horse, and are NON REFUNDABLE. Booking fees are paid at the time of your appointment, due to the amount of scammers online preying on unseasoned buyers - we will never request money for a deposit prior to your appointment. We do NOT take deposits.   Horses are available first come first paid for. We hold horses the DAY of your flight or the DAY of your PPE - as we view this as invested interest. We cannot guarantee sale status on a sale horse for appointments that are booked days or weeks out. Thank you for your understanding. 

Booking fees can be waived on a case by case basis upon Lily's discretion.

Monday - Friday showings: $150 

Saturday - Sunday: $500, and on a case by case basis as weekends are prime time to catch up on family time, attend shows, and video our sale horses.
