LB Equine Sales operates out of a small private equestrian facility in Terrell Texas, conveniently located 45 minutes North East of Dallas. Whether you are looking for your next gentle family trail horse, dressage, hunter/jumper, western pleasure show, or working/ranch horse, LB Equine Sales is sure to have your next athlete and loving companion. Horses go through a series of evaluations before being published on our sale page to ensure suitability for our clients. Clients will be able to try prospective horses in a peaceful, professional, and welcoming environment. We operate on a small scale to ensure a more personalized experience. Our Ranch has 4 newly built separately fenced private 60X80 paddocks for safe turn-out, 1 large grass pasture with many shade trees, roomy runs off our 5 stall barn, sand arena, developing obstacle/trail course, round pen, and a large loafing shed in a private paddock. MEET THE OWNER
Lily Bragg was born in Sydney Australia. At the young age of five she moved to the United States, and by the early age of nine she found her passion in the world of equestrianism. She started her equine career learning the basics of riding at Winquest Paint Horses in Northern California. She began to show paint horses locally in western pleasure, trail, and showmanship. Later, moving to Arizona at the age of 11 she aspired to expand her horizons beyond the western show industry. Lily found an interest learning the art of English riding. With many years in the saddle mentoring under “Fox Mask Farms” and “RCR Farms” she began to further her riding skills. Lily focused on improving her Equitation while being privileged enough to ride and show leased Hunter/Jumpers.
The opportunity was presented in late July of 2011, when Lily rescued an emaciated 4 year old mare from an abandoned barn. Since then Lily has had the pleasure of rehabilitating and training her rescue “Dreamer” under mentor Bridget Nelson with Nelson Performance Horsemanship. During her mentorship with Bridget Nelson, Lily understood the fundamentals of horsemanship and focused on a ‘western dressage’ approach in her riding style.
In 2014 Lily relocated to Dallas to attend A&M -Commerce to pursue her degree in Business Administration. Lily worked for a local Ranch, selling and training various young and seasoned horses. Opportunities grew larger and under the circumstances, LB Equine Sales, LLC was founded in September '15. Lily now owns and operates her private boutique ranch in the beautiful Terrell TX.
December 2019, Lily graduated with her BS in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and decided to pursue her business full time. Her fierce desire and passion to market the best horses in the industry leaves her success unmeasurable. She quickly became known in the industry for her remarkable honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. Lily has big plans in the years to come, as she continues her pursuit growing her brand in the industry.
During her free time, Lily currently shows in the reining & ranch riding. She enjoys learning new skills, spending time outside in nature, and is always staying busy with property improvements. She and her husband have 6+ Pembroke Welsh Corgis and have a small AKC breeding program as -well. In 2023, Lily dove head first into showing her Pems AKC/IABCA.
