“Neena” is a beautiful black and white 13.3/14H APHA registered 2022 mare by Nightime Shiner (Nu Chex To Cash X Shining Spark) and out of a foundation bred mare. These Nightime Shiner’s are known for their exceptional quiet minds and willing temperaments…. And it really shows with this girl. With just 30 rides on her she is ready to shine in the discipline of your choice!  This little 3-year-old prospect has the perfect disposition, rideability, and brain to make a super solid all-around youth horse down the line. We are very excited to see where she ends up!

Neena is incredibly shapey and cute to boot – she is a true black and white tobiano with very feminine features. You will NOT find a better minded young horse – check out her video! Lawn mowers, leaf blowers, traffic, wildlife, tarps etc do not faze her. We even hopped on her bareback and rode her through the stock tank and she loved every minute of it! Neena is a super trainable, go with the flow, laid back, and FUN little gal! Elliot Holtzman had her for 3 weeks in 2024 for ground work / a few rides and in April 2025 she spent a month under Benjamin Arreguin’s guidance prior to entering our program. Both trainers, including our in-house trainer have sung her praises. She has been started slow and correct.

Neena is HONEST and kind – not a single mean or grumpy bone in her body. Neena will greet you at the gate to be caught and is really kind. She will stand to be groomed for hours and loves her face to be smooched on. If you want a kind and loving mare – Neena is your girl!  She will ride off gentle every ride (we don’t even lunge her).  She is naturally on the lazier side and offers a rhythmic natural cadence in her canter.  We have not found anything to spook her – and we have even taken her off property a handful of times. She clips, loads, backs out of a trailer, stands tied, excellent for vet/farrier, and gets along good with others. This extraordinary prospect is vice-less and is ready to shine in your program of choice. She has the talent to make a local ranch rider, trail rider, or sorting horse. This girl would look sharp under English tack, she is just the cutest mover! I could see her crossing over and being successful hunter pony too for a kid.

Completely UTD on shots, farrier (barefoot), dental, coggins. 100% sound – PPE’s welcome at your expense.  If you are looking for a SAFE and FUN prospect to do everything under the sun with  - Neena is your girl.
