“Riddles” is a big and beautiful 8 year old, AQHA gelding, who stands a smidge under 16H! If you are looking for a seasoned all-around show horse, look no further! Excelling in the Hunt Seat & Western horsemanship events, Riddles has an impressive show record/points with AQHA, HCHA, an TQHA. Riddles is a showmanship machine, and is incredibly fun in the pattern classes.  He has been shown by a youth rider the last few years in HUS, Equitation, Trail, Showmanship, Western Horsemanship, and Pattern classes. Although he is still green over fences, he shows enormous potential for the hunter over fence classes! Riddles offers a fancy hunter step, you might just mistake him for a warmblood! In a full bridle he will ride 1 handed for the ranch riding classes, side pass to work a gate, and has a fancy turn around. His canter is expressive, yet comfortable for anyone to sit. He is proficient with shoulder In, travers, and collection in all 3 gaits. His stride is sensible, yet adjustable in a snaffle bit. Riddles would even make an incredibly versatile and fun dressage/cowboy dressage gelding!  Riddles has no vices, he does not buck/rear/crib/weave/bite/kick, nor does he freshen up. Pull from the stall, and go ride! He can be “lookie” out on the trail, and we attribute this to a lack of seasoning outside of the show pen. He did swim in our pond for us with some encouragement, and has been fun for a confident rider to trail ride on.  He is happy in the barn or turned out with friends. Riddles is a super fun and kind gelding to own. He looks forward to greeting you at his gate, and will shove his face in the halter- ready to go to work!

Rest assured, all the vet work has been done FOR you! Riddles has been completely vetted earlier this Spring, and has a clean set of x-rays on file for you to view.  He is 100% sound and healthy. No maintenance, UTD on all his deworming/shots/dental/coggins/farrier. He has excellent feet, with shoes up front.  He is owned by a veterinarian, and has received the highest level of care.  Excellent home a MUST for this boy.
