$8,500 - SOLD overnight!
“Wyatt” is an adorable all-around show gelding looking for his next youth kid/adult! This 2005, 15.2H, gelding is by the stallion, “Dress Western”, and out of a Zippos Mr. Good Bar daughter. They don’t come bred or broke any nicer- and this gelding is surely one of the easiest horses in the barn! Wyatt is extremely kind, quiet, and seasoned. He has the BEST ground manners and is such a sweetie. We have taken him off property multiple times and he rides quiet & confident away from home. Wyatt has been shown locally in the HUS, WP, HSE, and pattern classes! He has been lightly started on SMS, but isn’t 100% finished in this class. He would be the perfect step-up horse for an advanced beginner or lesson program! He has a good trot for the HUS, a beautiful lope off departure, and a comfortable lope you can sit all day long! He pivots, stops on a dime, works a gate, side passes, has a great one hand neck rein, and a western pleasure spur stop too! He comes equipped with all the fancy buttons and would be a top all around contender in 4H, State Fair, or local show circuit! The kind you can keep out in the pasture, load up and go to a horse show! Easily can live at home, and haul into lessons.
Out on the trail Wyatt is very willing and loves to hack out alone or with a group. He walked through the water, over fallen logs, and down hills with ease. He mastered our obstacle course quickly, and never refused anything out on the trail. He was a trooper for the bareback videos and never made a wrong step when we rode him downtown! He has a fantastic neck rein that is easy to navigate. He loads into a trailer easy, clips (no twitch), good for farrier/vet, and stands quiet. He is a good boy for mounting and overall is a laid-back gelding. He sports a been there done that point & shoot kind of ride – this is the kind that are in high demand!
He is currently barefoot, has not been injected, and not currently receiving any maintenance/special diet. Wyatt loves living outside in the pasture, he has good stall manners, and gets along with other horses! He rides in a correction bit or a snaffle and knows his job. He has been exposed to tarps, dogs, traffic, and banners. He does have a cosmetic scar on his Right leg, and a very small white spot on his Right eye from a previously healed puncture wound. He is not blind and it does not affect him in any way. AQHA papers /transfer in hand, current dental on file, recently adjusted by our chiropractor, current on coggins/shots, trimming, and deworming. Owner prioritizes a forever loving home for this boy – special preference to show programs needing lesson/local step-up show caliber horses. Or maybe an older lady who used to show horses that is looking for an enjoyable/ broke broke gelding to live at home and enjoy! Wyatt is located in Terrell, TX. Shipping available nationwide.
