2007. 14.1H. 700#. Missouri Fox Trotter. Gelding

$6,000 - SOLD to NM!

Check back soon for additional trail videos!!!! "Copper” is the cutest, fun sized, sweet trail gelding ever! This adorable gelding has a puppy dog like personality, and the kindest demeanor. He is originally from Missouri where he was trail ridden his entire life. If you love to move out on the trail - Copper is your boy. He will walk as slowly as you want, and will also move up to a super smooth running walk or a gentle rocking horse canter. Copper is so smooth you can ride for hours without getting sore in the saddle. He has the sweetest expression with his kind eyes, compact little body, and good sturdy feet to endure some of the toughest trails.  He is easy to catch in the pasture and is always eager to go out and have fun on the trails. Copper rides in a bitless bridle, or in a plain snaffle. He is very soft in the face, flexes, backs soft, and collects with ease. He has a very good one hand neck rein and has some natural horsemanship training under his belt. Copper rides over all the obstacles found out in nature, he will cross water, go up/down steep banks, and will ride out on the road. Sometimes he can be a “looker” out on the trails, given this he would not be suitable for a timid beginner rider. If you know how to ride and want to have a blast out on the trails – Copper is the one for you!  He has no vices, and has never offered to buck, rear, bolt. He is UTD on his care, is a pleasure to handle, and have in the barn. He gets along well with others and is happy in the front or the back of the pack. Loads & hauls super easy and stands tied. He will be taken out on the trails every weekend until sold – so stayed tuned for new videos on his webpage!
