“Malibu” is a gorgeous, one of a kind, 2009, 15H, AQHA mare that is sure to catch anyone’s eye! If Barbie’s horse could come to life, Malibu would sure be it! She has two beautiful glass blue eyes and has a unique cremello coat. Malibu has extensive trail miles under her belt and is very sure footed in rocky terrain. She sports an “unflappable” type of personality and has a lovely demeanor. Any family would be blessed to add her into the family. Malibu has a basic uncomplicated handle to her and is a no nonsense kinda girl! She has no tricks up her sleeves and rides gentle any day of the year.  She has a comfortable canter, a good whoa, and backs softly. Malibu is easy and enjoyable to handle. She has doubled as a broodmare and trail horse in the past and has produced some beautiful thick and colored colts.  Malibu would most be enjoyed by someone who wants to pack up the trailer, saddle up, and go exploring new trails! You can carry the flag on her, flap a tarp all around her, open up an umbrella beside her, and ride her bareback in a halter! She has no known vices or issues with crossing water, bridges, gullies, over fallen trees, etc.  She is always happy with her ears perked up ready to do the job at task. We took this girl on a field trip riding downtown where there was much commotion and traffic and she rode quiet on a loose rein. There is not one person that hasn’t walked past her stall and not commented on how gorgeous and sweet she is. She stands quiet for saddling, is easy for the farrier, and loads onto any trailer with ease. No lunging necessary – just get on and enjoy!
