Comets Diamond Chip

15.1h. 2008. APHA. Mare.

SOLD Congrats Jennie of Murphy TX!

"Comets Diamond Chip" is a 15.1h. thickly built 2008 Grey Tobiano APHA registered mare.

"Diamond" is gentle and fun for the entire family to enjoy! She is beautiful, correctly built, well bred, and an absolute doll to ride. This is the type of horse you want to have in your barn. Gentle, dependable, rides consistent (wether you ride her daily or twice a year), and has a great work ethic. Hop on right out of the pasture bareback and she is ready for a days work. She has 3 comfy and smooth flowy gaits easy enough for someone to learning to post the trot.

Diamond trail rides like a pro! Walks over obstacles, in water, thru traffic, ect. She has been hauled out to arenas, trails, and parks nearby and does wonderful in new environments. Hauls great, respects your space, stands tied, and is excellent for the vet and farrier. She is easy to catch, clip, load, groom, bathe, saddle, bridle, and stands for mount/dismount ect.

Diamond not only will make someone an excellent trail, pleasure, or ranch horse but she also fits the bill as a head horse. With some more training this stout mare would make an exceptional rope horse.

Diamond was originally started english and was exposed to stonewalls, rolltops and small water jumps. Ride her down the trail one day and hack her around the arena english and pop her over some small fences the next. She is willing and such a sweetiepie to ride! She would need a small tune up to go back in the english ring jumping. Diamond gives lessons weekly to a 9 year old girl and she is very patient and forgiving.

Diamond is well broke, rides off quiet every time in a plain D-Ring Snaffle and has a simple neck rein. She turns around both ways, side passes, pivots, backs up, moves her shoulders and hips, and will collect up into the bridle. Has been ridden by confident beginner riders as well as adults. No buck, rear, or silliness in this mare. If you are looking for a solid gorgeous mare with no tricks up her sleeve- here she is!

Miss Diamond has been owned by a veterinarian her entire life, therefore, a wonderful home is a must!

Easy keeper that stays plumply fat off coastal hay. Happy inside the barn or out in the pasture. No health issues, no maintenance, and is utd on coggins/shots/farrier ect. Make sure you check out her video!
