This is the ultimate cowboy & ranch using horse that everyone wants & needs!! “Tripp” is a been there done that broke ranch horse that has seen it all. He will go ALL DAY LONG and NEVER quit you! This gelding has a heart of gold & so much try. Tripp is quiet quiet quiet and handles himself like a gentlemen in new environments. He has been used on a ranch pushing, roping, doctoring, and dragging cattle to the branding pit. This is a gritty gelding that knows a hard day of work. He will ride one handed, side pass, counter arc, work a gate, knows his leads, and will collect into the bridle. Other then Tripp’s ranch work resume he has also been sorted off of and has been around the barrels some.  I know I am going to get the question “what does he run on barrels”, so I will answer that question right off the bat for you. The owners needed him as a ranch/using horse therefore they did not have the time to enter him at races. This boy will walk through water, up steep hills, over rocks, through brush, across a 4 lane highway, through broken down wire, down narrow pathways, and will handle any type of terrain. He would even be fancy enough to show in the SHOT versatility shows or western dressage with some more finesse work.  Tripp has the softest eye & kindest expression – he is truly a sweetie pie and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.

He is a good boy – will not freshen up, has never offered to buck, get cold backed, rear etc.  He will take care of any rider that isn’t as knowledgeable with horses, however, I am not representing him as a beginner horse as he is an athletic using horse and does have a motor to get the job done.

He has not been passed around & has been owned by the same owner since he was a yearling. Currently barefoot and has excellent strong feet. Happy either turned out in the pasture or up in the barn. Clean legged/no scars.
